Film Wedding Days ("we", "us") is a wedding photography and film studio based in Komarapalayam, Tamil Nadu, India. This page explains what information this website handles and the choices you have. We keep it simple because our practices are simple: we collect very little, and we never sell personal information.
The website has no contact forms and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. When you reach us via WhatsApp, phone or email, your message goes directly to those services and is governed by their terms as well. We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry and plan your event.
Your theme choice (Midnight or Pure White) is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Our films are hosted on YouTube and embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube loads only when you choose to play a film, and its own privacy policy applies from that point.
Wedding guests can find their photos at /find by taking a selfie. The selfie is used once, in memory, to match faces within that single wedding's gallery and is never stored. A consent step is required before every search. Galleries are private, protected by per-event codes, and automatically expire a few months after the wedding. If you believe a match is incorrect, you can report it from the gallery and we review it manually.
Invoice and gallery links we send to clients are private links intended only for the recipient. They are excluded from search engines and should not be shared publicly.
The site is served by Cloudflare. Private event data for the guest photo finder is processed by Supabase and Amazon Web Services (Rekognition, Mumbai region). These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
